Construction Incentive Program

Earn up to $1,000 with a minimum of two propane appliance installs

Remodel projects that replace a heating oil- or electric-powered appliance with a propane appliance may be eligible for an additional $500.

Available through the PERC Construction Incentive

The 2025 program will begin taking new applications on March 1, 2025

Who Can Apply

Any licensed:

  • Builder
  • Remodeler
  • Contractor
  • Installer
  • Plumber

Who is at least 18 years of age.

What Builds Qualify

  • Any build or remodel completed from Jan 2025 through Dec 2025.
  • You can also “reserve” your funds now to meet the December deadline.

  1. Create an account.
  2. Create or reserve a project.
  3. Provide information:
    • W-9
    • Completed contract
    • EPAT
    • Gas Check
  4. Submit.
