Alaska, Hawaii, Oregon, & Washington
How to Apply:
- Click the “Easy Application” button (below).
- Look for the application (PDF) either on your desktop or computer’s download folder.
- Either type your information in the PDF or print it and fill out by hand.
- Be sure to have the appliance safety check done by your propane supplier.
- Either upload your PDF by clicking the “Upload Complete Application” button (below) or send by traditional mail.
- We’ll send you your check!
